Cast Away Cottage is great vacation home located in Gray Tennessee in the Tri-cities area of Kingsport, Bristol and Johnson City. The house is a large 4 bedroom 3 1/2 bath. The house sits on a lakefront point, with 155 feet of shoreline.
The vaulted wood plank ceilings and ceiling to floor stone fireplace give the open living area a warm and inviting feeling.
The large walk out deck has a patio set, gas grill, swing and fantastic unobstructed views of the lake. You can sit up on the deck and watch the kids play in the water, or you can go to one of the two lower decks perched on the water both have patio furniture to sit and relax as you enjoy the lakeside breeze.
The floating dock is where the 5 person paddle boat is located. This house also has a 6 person outdoor hot tub that overlooks the lake, game room with pool table. If you want to be on the water this is the place for you. The boat ramp is 5 minutes away, making easy access to put your boat in the water. You can leave your boat tied to the dock during your stay and the yard has plenty of room to park your boat trailer.

Cast Away Cottage is 2 levels, 4 bedrooms 3 1/2 bath. The upper level has 2 bedrooms with queen beds. The living room has 2 sofa sleepers. The lower level has 2 bedrooms one with a queen and full size bed and one with a king size bed. This home includes a 6 person outdoor hot tub and bar area that over looks the lake.

THINGS TO DO IN THE AREA.
Boone lake is a 32 Mile long TVA lake, with 130 miles of shore line. TVA Lowers the lake during the winter and the water is at its regular level May 1st. You can swim, fish rent a pontoon boat. This is a great lake for tubing, jetsking or spend the day exploring the lake. Enjoy lunch or dinner and live entertainment at one of the local marina's.
