Property Description: Pine Lodge is a large 2400 Square feet non-smoking 3 level / 4 bedroom A-frame home located in Gray Tennessee in the Tri -Cities area Kingsport, Bristol and Johnson City. As soon as you walk through the front door of this home you will see the heart of the lodge's main area. The floor to ceiling stone fireplace runs throughout the center of the entire house. The room is warm and inviting. The house's decor is fully appointed in a fitting lodge and fishing theme. The main level includes a grand room combination with kitchen, dining, and living area. The entire front of the house is windows, with great views of the lake from most areas in the house. The lake is 60 yards from the house. On the main level there are 2 bedrooms and a full bath. The loft is perched above the main area, there are two wicker rockers overlooking the grand room below. It's a wonderful place to sit and enjoy your morning cup of coffee while overlooking the lake. The loft area includes a comfortable bedroom with 2 queen beds and a small bathroom. A flag flies from the front deck, where life is measured in counting boats on the lake in the morning and sipping glasses of wine and watching the sun set as the day wears down. The wrap around deck has a gas grill and plenty of places to sit and enjoy the views with a picnic table and the patio set. The lower level of the house has a billiard game room and bedroom area with a full size bed, and a futon. There is also a floor to ceiling stone fire place. The lower level has a full bathroom with a washer and dryer. Glass doors give a private entrance that lead out to the hot tub courtyard area below the deck. Pine Lodge does not have it's own private boat dock but the boat ramp is one block away from this house where you can get your boat in and out of the lake during your stay. The yard has plenty of room to park a boat trailer. Swimming is close by at the TVA dam park beach area. Bring a picnic and sit back and watch the kids swim. The park is a 6 minute drive and a great spot for even the smallest of swimmers. Bring your own boat or rent one at a local marina. Beds include 4 queen beds, 1 king bed, the lower level 4th bedroom has a full bed and a futon. This is a great house for large family gatherings.

Details: Pine Lodge is a 3 level, 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath. The upper level loft bedroom has 2 queen size beds. The main level has 2 bedrooms one with a queen size bed and the other has a king and queen size bed. The lower level has a full size bed.
Others: THINGS TO DO IN THE AREA. Boone lake is a 32 Mile long TVA lake, with 130 miles of shore line. TVA Lowers the lake during the winter and the water is at its regular level May 1st. You can swim, fish rent a pontoon boat. This is a great lake for tubing, jetsking or spend the day exploring the lake. Enjoy lunch or dinner and live entertainment at one of the local marina's.
