Property description: Angler's Fishing Cabin is a non-smoking, 1500 square foot home with 4 bedrooms, 3 bath house located on Boone Lake, in Gray, Tennessee.
The minute you walk into the house you will feel like you are on vacation. The house is 10 feet from the water and is almost perched over the water. Swim, fish, or play on the paddleboat- all from the private dock area.
Whether you're enjoying the hot tub, pool table, ping pong, air hockey, or any of the lake and area activities, this is the spot for family fun. This house is great for those families that want to be right on the water for fishing, swimming and boating.
The house is spread over 3 levels. The top level has 2 bedrooms and a full bath. The 2nd main level has a grand room combination of the kitchen, dining and living area. The master bedroom has a full bath. A combination 4th bedroom and laundry includes a full size bed, a washer and dryer and a full bathroom.The large screened patio/game room has a Pool table, wicker bar, and picnic table. The lower level is a covered deck which includes the hot tub, gas grill, a bar and 6 bar stools that overlook the lake. The dock area has two boat slips, 2 fishing areas, a patio set and lounge chairs. This is a great area to sit and fish or watch the kids swim from the dock. Paddle boats available during the summer months only.
For those who would like to bring their own boat. The boat ramp is close by. This is where you can put your boat in the water and leave your trailer parked during your stay. You can keep your boat docked at the Anglers dock area during your stay.
The house is fully equipped with everything you need for a great vacation. This is a great summer house. Property description: Mountain View lodge is our largest luxury lake front rental house. This house has everything you need for a great vacation it has the feel of your own private resort. The house is over 3000 sq foot 3 levels with several large deck areas. As you can see by the pictures almost every room of the house has fantastic views of the lake. The 1200 sq foot dock area includes a water ski lift and a floating boat dock.
The home has 4 bedrooms two of bedrooms are master bedrooms. There are 3 1/2 baths. And the house is handicap wheel chair accessible except for the boat dock area due to deck stairs. The 4 bedrooms have 3 queen beds 2 full beds and 2 kings. The top floor has a free standing wood burning fire place the lower 3rd level game room has gas fire logs in the Billiard room. The game room also has a surround sound stereo. This house has gorgeous lake views from every floor of the house. The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker, stove, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator. This is great house for large groups. The out door deck is covered with a bar area, custom lighting, TV & stereo, and a 6 person hot tub that overlooks the lake. The yard has a grassy area where the kids can play. And a fire pit to sit around and enjoy roasting marshmallows and telling spooky stories on cool summer evenings.

Property description: Cast Away Cottage is great vacation home located in Gray Tennessee in the Tri-cities area of Kingsport, Bristol and Johnson City. The house is a large 4 bedroom 3 1/2 bath. The house sits on a lakefront point, with 155 feet of shoreline.
The vaulted wood plank ceilings and ceiling to floor stone fireplace give the open living area a warm and inviting feeling.
The large walk out deck has a patio set, gas grill, swing and fantastic unobstructed views of the lake. You can sit up on the deck and watch the kids play in the water, or you can go to one of the two lower decks perched on the water both have patio furniture to sit and relax as you enjoy the lakeside breeze.
The floating dock is where the 5 person paddle boat is located. This house also has a 6 person outdoor hot tub that overlooks the lake, game room with pool table. If you want to be on the water this is the place for you. The boat ramp is 5 minutes away, making easy access to put your boat in the water. You can leave your boat tied to the dock during your stay and the yard has plenty of room to park your boat trailer.
