Included in each flat is a full size cooker, fridge, microwave oven, convector heater, free-view TV, Dab radio, shaver point, shower, toilet and washbasin. All flats have double-glazed windows and night storage heaters (inc. in tariff) throughout. Duvets and pillows are provided and bottom sheets can be hired. Wheel chairs are welcome, can be hired if available. We can provide a free parking space for ONE car only per flat. There is a washing machine and rotary line available for guests - - We are approx 300yds.from the Town centre, Rail, Bus & Coach stations. Details: Apartment No.9 sleeps four. 3 stars. Ex-owners, 2 bedrooms, ground floor. A purpose built flat at the back of the house has 3 steps up to entrance, comprises of a lounge/diner with 3 piece suite, 28” widescreen TV, bedroom with twin divans, bathroom with bath & shower. Has a roomy kitchen with fridge freezer and washing machine, drinking water filter. Stairs off to bedroom above with a king-size double bed. A small secluded garden with patio, seating and rotary line is exclusive to this flat. Constant hot water is included in the tariff.
